    1. How can I be member of GCC Web Shop?

    Only GCC distributors can join our member of the materials area in GCC Web Shop. However, end user still can be available to browse materials information without registering but cannot view the materials price.

     

    1. How can I register from GCC Web Shop?

    Distributors can register from our website by filling distributors’ ID number. We will check distributors’ information first then decide to approve distributor’s application.

     

    1. How can I order materials?

    After being our member of website, distributors can login to our website with distributors’ ID and password and you can add your order into shopping cart and finish your order. Once receiving your order, we will contact you for further confirmation.

     

    1. Payment method

    We don’t provide online credit card service in our materials website. All the payment need to remain the original payment term with GCC. GCC will direct you for the payment method.

     

    1. Shipping method

    We won’t keep any stock in GCC inventory and all material orders will be shipped from material suppliers to customer with customer’s account.

    • Customer is responsible for shipping fee and extra fee (taxes, duties) occurred in the shipment.
    • Materials are supplied from multiple countries, there may have multiple shipping fees from multiple suppliers.
